MINISTRY ACTION TEAMS
A Word About the Process
Below is a list of the Ministry Action Teams (MAT) that will comprise the ministry at The Bridge Fellowship (TBF). The descriptions are clear and broad. That is for a reason. As you read through the descriptions of each understand that it is a breathing document. That means, as the teams form, it will be up to them to honor the spirit of each description but to put their fingerprints on it and make it their own, in collaboration with the elders.
You are needed at TBF because the Lord has placed you here. That means that you should join one or more of these MAT’s. As you begin to pray and make your choices, please consider the following:

- If you are already on a team, please indicate your desire to stay on that team or your desire to try something different.
- Each commitment is for one year. We understand that circumstances can change your availability. However, short of significant impediments we are asking each member to invest one calendar year of the date you join. This allows you the flexibility to try something different at the end of the year and it also allows for the ministry to have consistency, a key factor in developing a culture of excellence and fruitfulness.
Team Descriptions

This team is responsible for cultivating an atmosphere of worship. The focus of those on this team is to cultivate a worship ministry of undistracted excellence. Those involved in this team will:
- Be individuals who are cultivating a life of personal worship.
- Cultivate seasons of worship that focus on Christ and leads the people of God into an engaging experience of the Lord.
- Assist the elders in the Night of Praise, Prayer, and Worship
- Practice (rehearse) in a way that demonstrates a commitment to the honor and glory of the Lord.
- Bring new songs/tracts in the rotation.
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge

This team is responsible for church-wide communication, maintaining the church calendar, preserving records of baptism and membership as well as keeping the minutes from all church business. The focus of those on this team is to ensure that the church remains orderly, reflecting the excellence of execution. Those involved in this team will:
- Possess a high level of organizational, and administrative skills personally as well as professionally.
- Be effective and detailed written communication and able to remain honorably discreet in sensitive dialogue.
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge

This team is responsible for cultivating a culture of family. The focus of those on this team is to develop a structure that ensures that everyone who enters the doors of The Bridge Fellowship leaves feeling seen and cared for. Those involved in this team will:
- Be a person who enjoys meeting new people and desires to connect people together as well as have fun.
- Develop and execute greeting and follow up plans for guests.
- Dream up, organize, oversee activities designed to bring the body together on a regular basis.
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge

This team is responsible for bathing the entire ministry in prayer. The focus of those on this team is to ensure that all aspects of the ministry are bathed and covered in intercession. Those involved in this team will:
- Be a person whose life already patterns consistency in prayer.
- Oversee the structured times of prayer and call for seasons of prayer as led and or agreed upon with the elders.
- Assist the elders in the Night of Praise, Prayer, and Worship
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge.

This team is responsible for cultivating a culture of spiritual growth. The focus of those on this team is to oversee and continually oversee the discipleship plan and structure already in place. They will ensure that discipleship happens for all within the church and that a process for discipling new members/believers exists and is constantly executed. Those involved in this team will:
- Be an individual whose love and desire is to personally grow and to see others grow.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each discipleship ministry and adding structure where and when it is needed.
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge

This team is responsible for birthing cultivating a culture of whole life health. The focus of those on this team is to bring awareness to the connection between soul health and physical health and how the one impacts the other. Those involved in this team will:
- Be individuals whose are devoted to physical fitness in some shape or form.
- Develop structures where fitness and health are taught and times for physical fitness, as a body, are provided.
- Work in conjunction with Body Life / Hospitality Team for Faith family Days
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge

This team is responsible for birthing a passion to see the gospel reach every nation. The focus of those on this team is to constantly bring awareness to the call of the Lord on the local church to love the nations and participate in the movement of Global Glory. Those involved in this team will:
- Be an individual whose passion and burden is to see people come to know the Lord.
- Develop a mission structure that keeps the church aware of the call to the nations and organizes events that mobilize our effort (as a church and individually).
- Develop mission trips (short and long term) where individuals can go and serve in another country.
- Develop and organize outreaches within our own Jerusalem to reach our FAITH GOAL of 20 additional members by January1st 2024.
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge

This team is responsible for promoting the church for the sake of the gospel and the glory of Christ. The focus of those on this team is to create a visual and social footprint as a means of encouraging the saints, and seeing people come to know Christ. Those involved in this team will:
- Possess creative abilities and skills, able to navigate social media and technology effectively and efficiently.
- Develop a marketing and branding vision for the church that focuses on the promotion of Christ through the ministries of and connected to the church.
- Be a member in good standing; one who is active in the ministries of the church and in their consistent financial contribution to the overall work of The Bridge
